A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM RESERVATION
Reservations made more than 60 days in advance require 50% deposit at time of reservation with balance due 1 month (30 days) prior to arrival. Reservations made 30 days or less require payment in full at time of reservation.
All Reservations Require A Security Deposit Authorization of $350 By Credit Card Due Upon Arrival
REFUND POLICY
Confirmed reservations may be canceled by written (email) notice and must be received 60 days prior to your arrival. A $100.00 Service and Handling charge will apply. If cancellation is received less than 60 days from arrival, you understand that the deposit will not be refunded unless the rental unit is re-rented for the same period. You further understand that if the unit is re-rented for the same rate, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 Service and Handling charge.
